A healthy diet is vital for maintaining ideal body weight, energy level, and proper nutrition. I work with Liz Erker, RD to provide nutrition consulting, coaching and education to my clients. As a registered dietitian, she can help you develop a plan for making healthy lifestyle choices that improve your health and the quality of your life.


Liz Erker is a registered dietitian and has worked in the field of nutritional education for more than 20 years. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition at Marymount College in Tarrytown, New York, and earned a Masterís degree in Foods and Nutrition at St. Louis University. She is also an active member of the American Dietetic Association.

For the past ten years she has worked as a consultant for long-term care facilities throughout Missouri and Illinois. In addition to working with individuals, she teams with physicians, personal trainers and family members to help people develop a plan for a healthy lifestyle.
